And, a Flickr Question

Can anyone tell me how to rearrange pics in my photo stream? Or why they come up in the wrong order when I upload them? I checked the faq, and all I could find on rearranging was something about changing the upload time? Where? Where do I do that? It seems like there should be an easier way.
