Dear Stomach Muscles And Chinchilla-rama!
Jan. 7th, 2007 08:17 pmI swear, I didn't mean to spend so much time checking my email and reading LJ. Honest. I promise to exercise you shortly and vigorously.
We now have 4 chinchillas. We had two, and now we have two more. The dog is ecstatic. She looooooooves the chins. I don't think the feeling is mutual. :) They all came from a nearby chinchilla rescue. Yes, chins are in need of our help! Anyway, the boy has struck up a sort of friendship with the Rescue Woman and has now gone out twice to help clean out cages.
Chins are very soft. The two newbies are boys -- one has only 3 legs, and one has most of one ear missing -- franboy is a sucker for stuff like that. The two chins we've had for a while are female. They are not housed together at this point because one of the males is not neutered. We do not want many baby chins, even if the boy thinks it would be cool.
